320gsm brushed-back fleece, 80% ring-spun cotton / 20% polyester. Regular unisex fit with double-stitched seams, ribbed cuffs and a lined hood. Pre-shrunk and wash-tested to 40°C — the same spec we supplied to holiday parks for over a decade.
Embroidery is stitched in-house on Tajima machines, up to 12 thread colours, sized to 100mm for chest positions and 280mm for backs. Print is a durable vinyl or DTF transfer depending on your artwork. Every order gets a free digital proof before we run it.
Customised orders ship in 3–5 working days, tracked. Free UK delivery over £75. Plain garments can be returned within 60 days; customised garments are covered by our stitch-perfect guarantee — if the embroidery isn't right, we redo it free.
